SOFTBALL

Softball is a sport that we do in the U.S.A.  You can learn how to pitch and we do windmill pitch. It is really cool.  To bat, you get in a position have you bat back and a level swing and you will hit the ball.  To be outfield, you have to have a glove and the ball comes in the air and get under it.  As an Infielder,  you have to get in front of it and throw it to the play. As a catcher, you stand behind home plate and catch the ball and tag home platein order to get the other team out.  You can win trophies.  You wear uniforms, such as a shirt, pants and cleats.

GYMNASTICS
Gymnastics is a sport we do in the U.S.A. It has a variety of levels it starts at beginners until the Olympics. Gymnastics is where you do flips and you can get really flexible. You wear something called a leotard.  It is sort of like what you wear in ballet class without the tutu. The events you do in gymnastics are beam, bar, floor, and vault.  You go to a competition called a meet where you can win medals and trophies.
